Alexander Stewart (1697 or 1699 – 22 April 1781) was an Irish landowner and ancestor of the family of the Marquess of Londonderry. He was the son of William Stewart, of Ballylawn, near Manorcunningham, in County Donegal. In 1731, on the death of his brother Thomas, he inherited the property at Ballylawn. He was involved in the Siege of Londonderry.
