William Tapp was a witness to the Will of Robert Bourne Spotsylvania County VA Will Book A: 91 probated 27 May 1727. To-be-confirmed Robert was the uncle of William's wife Christian and the father of Elizabeth Tapp who married William' s brother Vincent.
