William Harvey (1510 – 1567) was an English officer of arms. Born June 1510 to Turner and Mary Harvey in Ashill, Somerset. He had a brother Thomas Harvey of London, whose daughter Audrey Harvey married William Jefferay.[1]

- 1557 - Queen Mary deputed him to go to France to declare war (I have since discovered that this is untrue. William Flowers, Norrey King of Arms was the herald who informed Henri II of France that England had declared war.)
