William Emerson Toms

Mr. WILLIAM E. TOMS died yesterday evening at 7 o'clock, at the home of his son, Milton J. Toms, 15 Fairground Avenue of dropsy, aged 77 years.

He is survived by the following children, Albert J., Fairfield, O.; Mrs. Harry Barkdoll, Smithsburg; Mrs. Derward Crabill, Baltimore; Bertha, Washington; and Mrs. Icia Hoover, Milton Lewis, and Carrie, all of this city.
