William G. Turner Jr. passed away Feb. 22, 1998, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
He was the co-owner of Food Town Grocery Stores.
Survivors include his wife, Mae Graves Turner; children, Janice and Kirby Moore of Nags Head, N.C., Nancy and James Pasley of Kill Devil Hills, N.C., Alan Turner of Nags Head; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. William G. Turner II of Newman Lake, Wash.; and 11 grandchildren.
His body was donated to EVMS for medical research. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
