Williams siblings were: Thomas (1687-1762), Nathaniel (1690-1775), Benjamin (b. 1694), Abraham (1697-1750), John (b. 1700), and Mary (1704-1765).

William married, December 26, 1729 at the First Presbyterian Church, Huntington, Long Island, Province of New York, Mary Bayley (1713-1791) by whom he had 5 children (4 sons and 1 daughter): Abraham (1730-1796), Freelove (1733-1774), Augustine (1736-1819) John Calvin (1738-1808), and William (1741-1813).
