To: Merrit Westwood, grandson, manor plantation lying near the Town of Hampton containing 350 acres; negroes Tom, Frank and his bro., Nel and her children under the limitations of my dau.-in-law Elizabeth Westwood, widow of my son ______ Westwood; plantation adjoining the land where I live, 50 acres. If he has no male heirs then to my son William Westwood. If he has no male heirs then to my son Worlich Westwood.

To: William Westwood, son, land lying on the James River in the county, commonly called Ballard's and Genny's with the land that I purchased of Joshua Curle; land purchased of William Allen and Bethia his wife adjoining the Mill Dam and the land I purchased of Henry Jenkins. If he has no male heirs land to descend to son Worlich.

To: John Stith Westwood, grandson, plantation I purchased of Thomas Williams, Edward Lattimore and Thomas Read.

To: Worlich Westwood, son, the plantation I purchased of John Nixon, William King, and Matthew Williams containing 300 acres; plantation I purchased of Armistead King known as the Round Ponds containing 254 acres; plantation I bought of John Noblin containing 125 acres together with 75 acres adjoining which I bought of Thomas Manning and Elizabeth his wife.
