William Wood

Biography

William Wood was born on January 8, 1796, in Randolph County, North Carolina, USA. His parents were Penuel Wood and Sarah Wood. William married Henrietta Denman (Andrews) on March 23, 1826 in Randolph, North Carolina, USA. Together they had the following children:

1. Harriss Kimball Wood;
2. James Madison Wood;
3. Laura Ann Nixon;
4. Elmira Wood;
5. Alexander Norman Wood;
6. William Barney Wood;
7. Sirone Wood.

He died in 1835 in Randolph County, North Carolina and he was buried there. The recent discovery of court documents for his minor children proves the death date of 1835.
