William I de Ludlow

Robin Ludlow (died 2016) thinks William Ludlow of Hill Deverill descends from the Chipping Camden branch of the family has been confused with a distant cousin William Ludlow in the Stokesay and Hodnet branch of the family. This should be taken seriously as Robin Ludlow had done research of the Ludlow family for 40 years and claimed to have seen an IPM (which has since been mislaid by Kew) for a son William de Ludlow of Hill Deverill.
