Willie, the son of Neil O. and Callie Brewer Jeter was born October 16, 1928, in Alco, Louisiana. He passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012, at the V.A. Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. Mr. Jeter was a lifelong resident of Vernon Parish. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from LSU.
He is survived by his daughters, JoAnn & Carlos Taylor Sr. of Panama City, FL and Sandra & Mark Grindstaff of Naperville, IL; brother, John Jeter of Alexandria; sister, Maxine Foushee of Simpson; grandchildren, Justin & Christian Grindstaff and Steven Taylor and Two Great Grandsons.
