Wilton Schweitzer

Son of Lee & Elma (Stutzman) Schweitser. He was the youngest of 5 children. Wilton was a member of East Fairview Mennonite Church and previously was a member of Milford Mennonite Church. He accepted Christ as his personal savior at a young age. On April 30, 1950, he was united in marriage to Arvilla Roth and to this union one daughter and two sons were born. Wilton was a life-long farmer and was known for his ready wit and firm handshake. His family will remember him as a devoted husband, loving father, who thoroughly enjoyed his grandkids, and whose life witnessed a soft-spoken faith. Wilton is survived by his wife of 59 years, Arvilla of Milford; children and spouses, Marilyn and Nathan Saltzman, Albuquerque, NM, Larry and Vickie Schweitzer, Friend, Rod and Jana Schweitzer, Dorchester, six grandchildren and spouses, Tracy and Travis Yeackley, Milford, Stuart and Talicia Schweitzer, Milford, Michele Schweitzer, Lincoln, Rance and Asha Schweitzer, Lincoln, Toby and Wendy Schweitzer, Frisco, CO, Dolen and Kati Schweitzer, Pleasant Dale, three great-grandchildren, Isaac and Izabelle Yeackley, Elsa Schweitzer, brother and sister-in-law, Cleve and Luella Schweitzer, Milford, sister-in-law, Lois Schweitzer, Friend, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fredetta Roth, Richard and Eleanor Roth, Donna and Harold Roth, Aloha and Wayne Roth, Lori and Earl McCullough, all of Milford, and a host of other relatives and friends.
