Demidov, Pavel Aleksandrovich (3.XII.1869+24.VI.1935). Educated in the Nikolaevski Cadet Corps , enterred the Chevalier Gardes Regiment as a "Volunteer" (1890) and promoted to Cornet in the Regiment two months later (19.XI.1890), transferred to the Guard Cavalry Reserve (1894), Marshal of the nobility of Kremenets (1896-1901), appointed Official of the 5th Class in the Ministry of the Interior (1902), Gentleman of the Court (1903), took part in the Russo~Japanese War (1904~1905), went to the Front with the Grand Duke Boris Aleksandrovich with the rank of Staff Captain of Trans~Baikal Cossack Forcs (1904), appointed adjutant of Grand Duke Boris Aleksandrovich (1905), Marshal of the Nobility of the Volynski Government (1907), Equerry, Grand Marshal of the Nobility of the Volynski Government. Left Russia after the revolution and died in Nice.
