《清史稿》卷249

尹德初自佐領授侍衛，從聖祖征噶爾丹，扈蹕寧夏。尋自都統擢領侍衛內大臣，兼議政大臣。雍正五年，以病乞休，許致仕。未幾卒，諡愨敬。尹德恭謹誠樸，宿衛十餘年，未嘗有過。兼襲圖爾格二等公，歲祿所入，以均宗族，人皆賢之。尋祀賢良祠。乾隆元年，詔晉一等公。
