Zachary returned to the colony arriving in Sydney Cove on 13/6/1802 on "Coromandel" with his daughter Ann.

Zachary went to Norfolk Island on "Greenwich" on 10/8/1802

On 25/10/1802 Zachary was convicted of incest (with daughter Ann) and was jailed for 12 months.

Zachary died 5/12/1804 Norfolk Island
