Alvin V. "Big Al" Ingram was born May 31, 1943, in East Carondelet, Illinois. His parents, Russel A. and Donna (nee White) Ingram, preceded him in death as did a brother, Benjamin Ingram. Surviving siblings include Russell and Warren, LaVerne, Elaine, Margie, Roma and Susie.
His wife, Kay A. (nee Gromer) Ingram survives as do children, Vicky Lynn Ingram of Belleville, IL, and David Wayne of Salem, IL.
Ingram had worked as a conductor and breakman for the Union Pacific Railroad. He was a member of the Family Worship Center, Baton Route, Lousianna.
Mr. Ingram died at the age of 57 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland, Illinois.
