Ōropi Cemetery is located near the Ōropi Hall (city side) on the opposite side of the road. This is about 11km from the corner of the Oropi turn off and Highway 29.
The earliest date recorded is for Olivia Emily Kensington who died on 30 September 1897, aged 76.
A Roll of Honour commemorating men from the Ōropi district who fought in World War I and World War II can be found on the front of the Oropi Hall.
