Mary Jane (aka Jennie or Jeanie) Corbett is my great-grandmother on my mother's side. She married Marquis D East, Sr. Her parents were both born in Ireland, though she herself was born in Glasgow, Scotland.
Mary Jane's mom was Rachael McGrath (aka Mcrae). Her father was Andrew W. Corbett. Mary Jane immigrated to the United States in 1907, and as far as I can find, never became a naturalized citizen.
Mary Jane and Marquis are buried in Muskegon, Michigan.
