Joseph Johannes CORRIE was born on the 25th of February 1863 in Grahamstown, Cape Colony. He died on the 3rd of May 1961 in Lichtenburg, Transvaal, South Africa. Joseph married Clarisse Gertruida CORRIE née VILJOEN in Kroonstad, Orange Free State on the 15th of February 1886.
