The New York State College of Human Ecology (HumEc) is a statutory college affiliated with the State University of New York (SUNY), the largest public university system in the nation. The College of Human Ecology is funded and supervised by the State of New York and located on the Cornell University campus in Ithaca, New York. The New York State College of Human Ecology is a compilation of area of study, such as consumer science, nutrition, health economics, public policy, human development and textiles, each through the perspective of human ecology.
