Horseshoe Cemetery is located in the hamlet of Kill Buck which is a part of the township of Great Valley, Cattaraugus, New York. The physical address is Route 417, Carrollton, Cattaraugus, New York. Kill Buck and Carrollton run through the Seneca Allegany Reservation.
The cemetery incorporated many smaller, family cemeteries with the onset of the Kinzua Dam construction and its subsequent flooding of Seneca lands.
