This project seeks to collect all of the Jewish families from the town of Melnitsa Podolskaya, Ukraine also known as Mel'nytsya-Podil's'ka, Mielnica, Mielnica Podolska, Melnitsa, Melnitse, Mielnice, Myelnitsa, Mel'nitsa-Podol'skaya, Melnycja Podilska.
Gesher Galicia-Melnitsa Podolskaya
Lee Ashendorf has went through the JRI, JewishGen, and Gesher Galicia scanned documents for Mielnica and created an Ancestry tree with everything for people born, married, or deceased in the town, and people who technically lived in neighboring towns in the Mielnica area and fit on the tree, including occupations and causes of death when they could be read, and also house number (entered into the name field so it would be easy to search)
