Polytechnique Montréal (French pronunciation: ​[p%C9%94lit%C9%9Bknik mɔ̃ʁeal]) (previously École polytechnique de Montréal; French pronunciation: ​[ek%C9%94l pɔlitɛknik də mɔ̃ʁeal]) is a public research university affiliated with the Université de Montréal in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In English it is can be referred to as "Montreal Polytechnic", but is more often referred to by its French name. The school offers graduate and postgraduate training, and is very active in research. Following tradition, new Bachelors of Engineering (B.Eng) graduating from Polytechnique Montréal receive an Iron Ring, during the Canadian Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer ceremony.

Polytechnique Montréal (anciennement École Polytechnique de Montréal) est un établissement d'enseignement supérieur d'ingénierie affilié à l'Université de Montréal, situé à Montréal (Québec) et fondé en 1873. En plus de ses programmes de baccalauréat en génie (sanctionnant quatre années d'enseignement après le diplôme d'études collégiales propre au Québec), Polytechnique Montréal offre une formation aux deuxième et troisième cycles. Elle est l'une des plus importantes institutions de recherche en génie au Canada.
