The Radziwons' ancestors were poor noblemen who failed to confirm their noble origin at the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century.

The Radziwons (Radzvilos) were recorded in the 19th century as free peasants, later as townspeople of Jelgava.

The families of Steponas and Jakubs Radzvils are mentioned in the Vaškai area in the first half of the 19th century.

The families of Petras and Andrius, the sons of Jakubs and Marijonas Barysaitė Radzvils, lived in the villages of the Vaškai region.

Radzivonai (Radzvilos) XIX a. būdavo užrašomi laisvaisiais valstiečiais, vėliau Jelgavos miestelėnais.

XIX a. pirmoje pusėje Vaškų apylinkėse minimos Stepono ir Jokūbo Radzvilų šeimos.

Vaškų krašto kaimuose gyveno Jokūbo ir Marijonos Barysaitės Radzvilų sūnų Petro ir Andriaus šeimos.
