Scouts Royale Brotherhood International Service Fraternity and Sorority Inc. was founded on 22 September 1975 at San Sebastian College, Recoletos, Manila.

It was founded by four founding members, namely; Bong Manuel, Len Toledo, Jun Cristobal, and Vic Tomelden.

The Scouts Royale Brotherhood (SRB) has come a long way. From our humble beginnings as an intermediate fraternal organization originally concieved by the Alpha Phi Omega (APO) - Alpha Delta chapter to help propagate the principles of leadership, friendship and service, SRB is now an international and independent fraternity with a long track record of producing excellent leaders and serving our communities.

SRB is now boldly breaking new grounds, and navigating unchartered territories. We have chosen the path less travelled. We literally made a trail where there is none. And through blood, sweat and tears, we have found our way. Through our bond, unity and solidarity, we have secured our rightful place in the rich and colorful history of Philippine fraternities.

We are now at the crossrorads. Our fraternal lives have reached a point where our glorious past meets the present, and the future is waiting to be written. As we forge a new and better world, may we always be reminded that we have elected to be true to our solemn duty as SRB to resiliently carry the torch that was handed down to us by our Founding Fathers.

We will continue to be brave and loyal to our beloved fraternity as we push forward needed reforms inside our organization to adapt to new realities and remain relevant to our schools and communities. May we all become beacons of hope and inspiration so that we will never get lost, be deluded by false tradition and stray from our true destiny.

Let us always remember that no SRB is ever alone. We may not always see eye to eye on different issues, but in the final analysis, we are all the same. We are bound by the unbreakable bond of fellowship. Together, we will march forward and from the ashes of the old world, build a better future for all of us.
