This project is to find out the truth of September 1995. Regardless of what that truth is.
In September of 1995, there was an aviation accident with fatalities, in Subsaharan Africa, or so we were told. The aviation accident was broadcast on the then Sunrise Morning News/Good Morning South Africa Morning News and was Published in a number of Subsaharan Newspapers.
There is, however, no aviation record for this fatal accident, not on any accident/incident reporting system anywhere in Africa and not internationally either, well at least that I could gain access through legally. Note: This includes both ongoing investigations as well as completely/closed investigations.
This year marks the 23rd anniversary of that fatal accident. It was the start of years of confusion, more questions, fewer answers and more confusion.
Did a loving dad, a dad that was very much loved go missing or did he die?
Why are there no investigation records?
Current facts:
- Deceased Estate Documents are inconsistent with that of the death certificate issued, both in SA and Swaziland (inconsistencies - the place of death, date of death, the cause of death)
- The death certificate issued in SA and Swaziland are inconsistent. (inconsistencies - the place of death, date of death, the cause of death)
- There is no record of the Aviation Accident/incident
