Here you have an English translation from what it says there:
Today, 30-year-old agates grow on the site of the Jewish cemetery near Dojča. Before this time, the cemetery area was leveled with a bulldozer during logging. Only the remains of a few tombstones remain here. The best-preserved and most legible belongs to Adolf Singer (*1822), who is listed as a handler in the 1869 population census of Dojč, and his family (wife Fanny, two sons, two daughters) has an Israeli religion.
