I guess I have to start it off with a school project (for primary 3 students) which is based under our Nation's Philosophy; the Malay Islamic Monarchy/ (Melayu Islam Beraja), as per link below:

To summarise, Brunei has 7 official tribes (or indigenous people of Brunei) as follows:
1. Belait

5. Kedayan (notables among others: Private)
