as the bill that said debtor offered to pay the bill , which was refused unless the fees charged was also paid , whereupon said Armsorthy store was broken into , himself Arrested , put in double Inons, Placed on the company vessel carried about to different station and finally to On Alaska , where he was charged with resisting an officer then taken on board the company steamer Dora , placed in irons , taken to san Francisco , 2,100 miles distant , then send to Sika Alaska nearly 2,000 miles farther, and then LIbeated . his family being left destitute and his besses and property destroyed ,
