Cali in Colombia may be founded by members of and named after Masha-Cali tribe,currently in Brazil,
who may be in close relationship with Andaqui people in the region of the city .
A(N)TAK namely in the Mashacali language means father ,and as such,just as the ethnonym Andaki,
may refer to the forefather of both peoples ,who may be Antaka / Andhraka ,member of the Shunga
dynasty of India .
The dynasty was founded by Pushya-Mitra,ruling between about 185 and 149 BC ,who may be identical
with Prusias,king of Bithynia,likely a son of Hannibal .He was followed by Agni-Mitra,who may be identical
with Mithridat,king of Parthia until about 138 BC .
The latter's nephew,son of Artaban ,bore also the name Mithridat,and was called Mango Inka in Peru,
the events of which have been interpreted by the Spanish aera now of overall use ,of begin in 1387 BC .
He was the founder of Chima Panaca clan ,that is likely of the Mapu-Che Inca chiefs later in Chile too .
MANGGU ENGKA in the Hahahae dialect,closely related to Mashacali,means Sun Father .

while Bhágawata might have ruled in Bogotá ,also in Colombia .
