I am at a loss just as most are about the Surname Razor! All I have been able to figure out is that they may have changed the name after moving from either Holland or Germany. In on Find A Grave page I found a William DeCoursey that says that Jacomyntjen Schoonmaker 1687–1709 BIRTH 29 APR 1687 • Rochester, Ulster, New York, United States DEATH 4 DEC 1709 • Accord, Ulster, New York, United States and his wife Petronella Slecht 1658–1689 were having trouble in their marrige and that a son Peter Razor may have actually been the son of Peter de Corsa whom he was having an affair with and after Jacomyntjen Schoonmaker died she married! I am trying to find any truth in this so that I know which direction I need to go to continue looking for my ancestry! If anyone know anything of this please let me know. Peter Razor born 1725 Bucks County Pa. died 1765, his sons name was Abraham Raisor father of James Harvey Raisor and so on.
