Szécsény in Hungary might have been founded by members of Sechelt tribe ,in case it originates from Sechen-Lett and is,like many of Salish peoples,partly of Lett or Lat origin .
The latter ethnonym ,likely of shared origin with Latin ,may also be involved in Quinault,Halalt and in more distant Kowilt ,Latgala ,Tualatin or Atfalati ,Stelatin and other tribal names . Latvish is a Levitic dialect possibly derived from an old one close to Anatolian dialects - continued by Kartvelian - not unlike the rest of Baltic ones under heavy Slavic impact and with Livonian or Finnish substrate .
Salish confoederation in general might well have been founded by Elissa ( Elish-Sa ) queen of Tyros to found Karthago somewhere about 964 b.c. ,later transposed into Africa during the exile of the Holy Land about 800 b.c.. Others of the group might have been taken elsewhere on that occasion,or might have taken part in later migrations towards places like Central Europe .
Sigwa'-Letkubsh tribe for example might have issued settlers at river Sigwa below Ural mountain , while Kullys-Pelm ones to Pelym .
