Barbra Streisand

On April 24, 1942, Barbra Streisand was born in Brooklyn, New York. Over her long career, Steisand has sold over 140 million albums worldwide and amassed a great number of music and acting awards, including two Academy Awards and eight Grammys. She is also one of the few entertainers who can claim to have won an award in all four major American entertainment awards, the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.
