Montgomery Clift
On October 17, 1920, actor Montgomery Clift was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He was known for starring in From Here to Eternity and Alfred Hitcock’s I Confess. Considered one of Hollywood’s first Method actors, Clift would earn four Academy Award nominations during his career.
