Christoph Grunwald SV/PROG 1 - Actual date of arrival in South Africa?

Hello. Matt i draw you're attention to reattach done by Mariusz Kowalski, page 70, which states that Christoffel Grunwald arrived to the Kaap de Goede Hoop in the year 1688. Maybe that helps to refine your search a bit. The website is sciendo.com and titled Poles in the Dutch cape colony 1652-1814.
Very interesting reading. Who knew!

On page 74 of the same document, number 5 on the list, is Christoph Grünwald, from Köningsberg, Ducal Prussia, arrival date 1690.... two years later than the above. If i find anything more I'll let you know
