Alice was named in the wills of both her father and of her uncle, William Harrison.

FHL microfilm 991,326 has no such baptism date for Agnes Cheney. Her birth date in NEHGR 149:180 is estimated only as 1560 based on her age at marriage. The author couldn't find the baptism record either. The date of death on the memorial is also not found. The death date cited here appears to be the date of her uncle William Harrison's will which is the last record we have of her and not her death date. I will contact the manager there to get clarification. This is what Douglas Richardson has to say in NEHGR 149:180:

iv. Agnes(A) Cheney, b. say 1560, m. at Waltham Abbey, 9 Jun 1580, William(A) Heath of Ware, Herts., son of Edward Heath. Agnes was named in the 1567 will of her father, as noted above and in 1594 was named in the will of her uncle, William Harrison. For further information see NEHGR 146[1992] 261-278.

William(A) Heath, born say 1550-1555 and probably the eldest son in the family, was buried at Ware 7 January 1624/5. The name of his wife has not been learned [see update in NEHGR 149:180 above].

The author states he inherited his father's house in Ware instead of his brothers which suggests he was the father of the Heaths in Ware. However, the baptism records from 1581-1603 do not include the name of the father of children baptized there. In 1604 the William's last son Thomas' baptism is recorded with a father William. Possible children surname Heath per NEHGR 146:266+: 1 John bp 5 Aug 1581 Ware (d prob young before 25 Jul 1591 when another son named Jon was bp). 2 Alice bp 22 Dec 1583 Ware (bur. Biography Agnes Cheney was born ca 1560 and her parents were Robert Cheney and Joane Harrison. [1]William and Agnes Cheney Heath were of Ware, Hertfordshire, England. [2]

Agnes married William Heath in 1580.[3]Recorded in the parish register is their marriage in "Waltham Church, Essex, England on 9 June 1580.[4] Most of their ten children's baptisms were recorded at Ware Parish.[5]

Agnes was named in her father's will and in the 1594 will of her uncle, William Harrison. No further records have been located.[5]
