Elizabeth (Crew) Walls died sometime after 9 June 1759, because on that day she gave this deposition to the court: " 9 Jun 1759. Deposition. Notes

From notes in William Samuel Walls

""Per my colleague and distant cousin Brian Walls of Columbia, Maryland; William Walls married Elizabeth Crew the daughter of John Crew. They had a son, John Walls. Very little is know about these people. We surmise that Thomas and William Walls were younger brothers of John Walls but this is not yet proven. These are the earliest Walls family members found in Delaware but there are 17th century Walls to be found in Maryland. Many of them lived on the eastern shore." Lewis Kiehn, Sacramento, California

"John Walls was dead before 1739 when his wife was mentioned in her father's last will as the wife of Wrixam Christopher. In an earlier will of her father (Richard Bracy) he named her as Sarah Walls. The Jacob Walls found in Sussex County during the 1750's and 1760's named a son Jacob Bracy Walls, suggesting strongly that he was a son of the aforesaid John.

We can prove that this John Walls was was the son of a William Walls and Elizabeth Crew (daughter of John Crew). I know precious little of this William Walls, but from the dearth of land records about him suspect that he was possibly the ship captain William Walls who plied the waters of the Cheasapeake and the Mid-Atlantic Coast." Brian Walls posting 7/2/2002 Birth: BEF 1690 in probably England Occupation: ship captian Death: Y"
