- ELIZABETH ALLEN, b. ca. 1677; d. after 25 May 1732, probably Madam Elizabeth Usher who d. Medford, Mass., 5 July 1753. She m. 11 March 1699 JOHN USHER, bp. First Church, Boston, Mass., 16 2nd mo. [April] 1648, "aged about 7 days";d. Medford 1 Sept. 1726, son of Hezekial11 and Frances (_ ) Usher, and widower of Elizabeth Lidgett. John Usher was lieutenant governor of New Hampshire 1692- 1699, and a supporter of Samuel Allen, subsequently his father-in-law. Children: John, Frances, Hezekiah, and Elizabeth Usher.
