Frances Phillips, daughter of Theophilus Phillips and Abigail Betts, married Edmund [John] Bainbridge.

V. John4, who died in April 1775. It was probably he who married Sarah Doughty of Princeton by marriage license dated January 24, 1740. He married in 1745, Frances Phillips, daughter of Theophilus. She predeceased him. He left three sons and two daughters. He resided at Maidenhead.
