Biography

Gabriel Greene (alias Lord of Horsforth), son of John Greene and Anne Arthington was born say 1536 at Horsforth, Yorkshire, England.[1]

Death and Burial

Gabriel Greene died in 1598 in his 62nd year and was buried on 9 April of that year at Guiseley, St Oswald, Yorkshire, England.[2]

Notes

The Glover pedigree, signed by Gabriel, shows Jane, wife of Edward Bolling as his sister, not his daughter.

Gabriel Greene of Horsforth signed his own pedigree at Glover's Visitation in 1585. Foster's edition is transcribed below (note that Foster usually standardized spellings) Skyrack.
