In 1279 she married Duke of Masovia Bolesław II (c. 1254–1313) of the Piast dynasty. He was the son of Ziemowit I, Prince of Masovia, and Pereyaslava, daughter of Daniel of Galicia of the Rurik dynasty.

Her husband united the Duchy of Masovia and then divided it between their sons, who were:

Apie kun. Gaudimantė Sofija of Lithuania (Lietuvių)

Gaudemunda arba Gaudimantė, vėliau – Sofija (arba Sofija Gaudimantaitė; apie 1260 – apie 1313) – Lietuvos didžiojo kunigaikščio Traidenio duktė.

1279 m. buvo ištekinta už Mazovijos kunigaikščio Boleslovo II (Mozūrų Boleslovo). Tais pačiais metais pakrikštyta Sofijos vardu. Tai buvo pirmoji Lietuvos ir Mazovijos dinastinė santuoka, kuria siekta apsaugoti šią lenkų kunigaikštystę nuo lietuvių antpuolių. Po santuokos tarp abiejų šalių klostėsi draugiški santykiai.

Jiems gimė du sūnūs: Ziemovitas II ir Trojdenas I.

Manoma, kad Gaudemunda buvo reto gailestingumo ir pamaldumo moteris. Palaidota Plocko katedroje.
