About Isaac "Isack" Hanson, Son of John
3/10/2021 edit Frequently confused with 2nd cousin, Isaac Hanson who was also born in 1714 and died 3 days AFTER on 15 Jan 1758. Isaac Hanson, son of John and Elizabeth, was called "Isaac Junior" because he was younger than his cousin Isaac Hanson, son of Tobias and Ann.

Isaac and Susanna Canney Hanson were Quakers. They had a number of children who gradually had left the Friends and as most of them had married out, the Meeting concluded to disown them by the Minutes in 1787. (Records of the Dover Monthly Meeting of Friends)

Son of JOHN HANSON and ELIZABETH MEADER, born 25 December 1714. Married at DOVER N.H. to SUSANNA CANNEY, daughter of THOMAS CANNEY and ROSE PINKHAM TUTTLE, a widow. Marriage certified at DOVER...
SUSANNA CANNEY was born 1715 and died 9 September 1760. Resided in DOVER.
ISAAC died 15 January 1758 of apoplectic fit.
Children were born in DOVER N.H.
