About Jacobina (Binni) Caroline Underwood Ellis

Jacobina was called Binni by her close family.

Grand Ma Binni died 8 years before I was born, however, I learned lots about her from my mother Mabel Smith née Ellis also from my elder siblings and cousins as we were growing up. This fine Pioneer lady of the Eastern goldfields of Western Australia still has a great influence on the lives and habits of the extended family to this day.
Gustave Smith.
