Perhaps the same person as John Parmelee Sr., of Guilford and New Haven but there is not evidence this is the same man who emigrated to America in 1639.

Additionally, there is not proof that it was the same John Parmalee marrying in Lewes St Michael to the several wives noted below.

3. 01 JUN 1635 in ENG Lewes St Michael to Elizabeth Holter, who died 1637.
