Her Husband's Last Will and Testament

Matthew Muir died in June 1631. He made his last will and testament at Glasgow on 9 May 1631, probably at his house there. He nominated and constituted his wife Jonet Fleming to be his only executor and intromitter with his goods and gear, and constituted her as the only tutorix testamentar: "to quhatsoumever bairne or bairnes tht it sall pleis god the said Jonet is with".
