Christine married the widower Edward O. Bergh, after his wife and five children had died of Black Diptheria in 1886 at Webster, MN where all of his children from that marriage are buried.
Christine and Edward emigrated out of the US to get a homestead farm at Round Hill, Alberta, Canada.
They raised their chilren -- Lena, Ole Justin, Thea Magneson, Minnie, Edwin and Johan at Round Hill on their farm. All children except Minnie (who died at birth) survived their parents.
