Some descendants of likely daughter Mary Phebe Ferris are tied to the Daniels family via DNA. Therefore, if her mother was Margaret, she would have been a daughter of Jonathan Daniels. The name also makes sense in that context because Jonathan had a sister named Margaret as well, who settled on Staten Island.
Margaret was not mentioned in Jonathan's will, therefore she must have died before 1764, when the will was written.
Children
Aside from Mary Phebe, Margaret's children all come from web trees. John Ferris b. 1844 is the only one who is well known via his later prominence in New Brunswick. People have conflated Sarah (b. 1755) with a different Sarah Ferris b. 1749, so I am not yet certain of her independent existence.
