About Miguel Lukbán
Miguel Lukbán was a Filipino physician and politician. He served as the Governor of Camarines Norte from 1919 to 1928, and again from 1934 to 1940. He represented Camarines Norte at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 2, 1931 to June 5, 1934.
