Sarah (Beall) Magruder was married twice. Her second husband was Col. Samuel Magruder who had also been previously married. Sarah named their son Ninian after her father Col. Ninian Beall:
"Sarah married Col. Samuel M. Magruder in 1686 in Prince Georges County, MD. Col. Samuel Magruder was a High Justice, Captain of Militia, Member of the House of Burgesses for Maryland, etc. You can find out more about this family from the book "Colonial Families of the United States" page 349. Sarah brought 5 young children into this marriage, then she and Col. Samuel Magruder had the following 9 children: Samuel, Ninian, James, William, Alexander, Verlinda, Mary, Elinor and Nathaniel Magruder."
