May & Jun 1863 Missing in action at Winchester June 15, 1863.

(He was captured at Winchester, VA June 15, 1863, paroled at City Point, VA July 2, 1863, and reported deserted between July 10, and August 1, 1863.
This charge of desertion is removed. He was absent without leave from on or about July 20, 1863, to September 10, 1863, when he reported at Camp Chase, Ohio, and was sent from there to regiment between October 20th and 31st, 1863.)
