Sir Thomas Barrington's second wife, Judith Lytton, died without issue -- she had no children.

II. Sir THOMAS, who was knighted during his father's life. He married first, Frances, daughter and coheir of John Gobert, Esq. by whom he had a daughter, Lucy, and two sons ; John, who succeeded him, and Sir Gobert Barrington, Knt. Sir Thomas had to his second lady, Judith, daughter of Sir Rowland Lytton, Knt. who died without issue in 1657, and Sir Thomas in 1644. He was succeeded by his eldest son, III. Sir JOHN.

Sir Thomas Barrington, 2nd Baronet (died September 1644) was an English politician. The son of Sir Francis Barrington, 1st Baronet and Joan Cromwell, he was knighted at about 1621. In 1628, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy. Barrington was Member of Parliament (MP) for Newtown from 1621 to 1629. He was also Member of Parliament for Essex from April to May 1640 and for Colchester from 1640 to 1644. Around 1605, he married firstly Francis Gobert, daughter of John Gobert. Barrington married secondly Judith Lytton, daughter of Sir Rowland Lytton. He had one son, John Barrington by his first wife.
